Just finished kegging a Dunkelweizen to go with a simple hard apple Cider I kegged 2 nights ago.  It's such a tease to smell that delicious dunkel smell while transferring knowing damn well I can't touch it for at least 6 days and probably 12-14 to give it time to mature properly.  This is my first attempt at the OBK 3 Gal all grain Dunkel kit.  Has anyone brewed this one?

I have not brewd that kit but i do like a Velkapoppavichy (sp) Dunkel. It has only just dawned on me that it might be a wheat beer. I usually avoid wheat beers like the plague. 17.
