Beersmith 'n Coopers
« on: January 15, 2016, 10:16:45 AM »
Cheers guys,

quick question: Coopers kit add-on in beersmith seems weird to me. If I add 0.5 kg (saying the standard value is 1 kit) the gravity is off. When I add 1.7 kg the rest is off (waaaaaaay off...)
Any help? I googled it and there seems to be a manual download correcting it, but I can't get it somehow.

cheers!
patience my friend...

Planning: Belgium Wit, German Wheat, Belgium Saison (MJ's)
Fermenting: Honey-apple cider + rasberry experiment
Bottling:
Aging: Ale of dark days holiday ale, Belgium Tripel (small)
Drinking: Honey-apple Cider, CZ's GPA 2.0

And I've worked with the spread, It is really nice, but I really like beersmith. For all my other brews it has been spot on :D

That OG is bang on.

From which one? The 1.7 or the 0.5 because the 1.7 gives a very extreme ibu and ebc
