Hi Smokey112

The last Kolsch recipe that I brewed as a recommendation really sucked.  Well, maybe that's a little cold.  Let's just say it was not something I'd brew again.

Your recipe looks like something that I would like to brew, but when I tried following the links that you provided they all came up with "permission errors".

Could you please post your entire recipe using the standard 17 Brew Crew format ?

Thx in advance !
Cheers & 17,

I have tried Smokey's Ghallagers Gold and it is an excellent beer. I could drink lots of that and recommend it to anyone who is thinking about brewing it. Don't think about it, just do it. 17.
