Black Dog Brewery - Light Belgian Blonde

Ranked 4th in the 2016 SJ Porr Challenge US & Canadian Finals for brewing a sessionable beer that could not exceed 4.5% ABV but still had the full body taste and aroma of a much larger beer for that style.

Batch Size: 5.50 gal
Boil Time: 60 min
Final Bottling Vol: 5.00 gal

Est Bitterness: 26.2 IBUs
Est Color: 2.9 SRM
Est Original Gravity: 1.041 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.009 SG
Est Alcohol by Vol: 4.2 %

1 lbs Rice Hulls (only if recirculating your mash)
5 lbs 8.0 oz Pilsner
1 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US
8.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine
8.0 oz Corn, Flaked
0.30 oz Pacific Jade [14.20 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop
0.50 oz Hallertauer [3.80 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop
0.50 oz Hallertauer [3.80 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop
1.00 Items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 10.0 mins) Fining
0.50 oz Amarillo [7.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop
1.0 pkg Belgian Ale "A" yeast from Omega, #OYL-024
10.00 ml Clarity Ferm (Primary 0.0 mins) Fining

Fermentation temp was 64°f - 78°f  or  18°c - 26°c

Did you ferments on the low side or the high side of the temp range?

I ferment in the un-finished part of my basement which pretty much stays around 68'f to 72'f all year long.
