Any suggestions on this recipe

My take on a mocha stout

1x Coopers stout
1x Coopers dark ale
500g Dark DME
200g Medium DME
200g Chocolate malt cold steeped
90g Cocoa in boil with dme & cold steeped choc malt cold steeped for 24 hors
100g columbus hops 28g in boil 72g dry hopped after 8 days in fv
 sugar all made up to 21L
2 Packets of Gervin GV12 Yeast
150g espresso cold steeped in 2L for 48 hours
on day 14 transfer to bottling bucket with 2L cold steeped coffee & 160g priming sugar

Recipe looks good!  I just wanted to share the experience I had with cold steep coffee:

I made a coffee porter a couple months ago and did a cold steep and added this at kegging time (same as you).   I used 4 oz (113g) of coarse ground coffee and I found the coffee flavor overpowered the beer.  I used starbucks morning blend.  I plan on making this again but reducing the cold steeped coffee to maybe 1/2.

Anyway, that was my take on cold steeped coffee :)  Maybe my base beer didn't have enough flavor to shine through with the coffee, but it tasted really good before i added the coffee.

No problem!  I guess its just personal preference to how much coffee to use.  I remember when I was researching about the amount of coffee, it was hard to decided as some were using 1 oz and some using up to 6 oz.  I guess it depends on the coffee strength as well.  But the good part is about trying something the first time is that we figure out adjustments for the next time we brew....

just curious on why you are adding the coffee right before bottling and not at the end of the boil?
i have never used cold steeped coffee in a brew yet and just wondering the benefits of late boil or right before kegging.

I have been reading to much into it & all advice i have read is the flavour can get lost into the boil & picking up a acidic taste

Progress update came out at about 8.2% and used 150g coffee cheeky taster was impressive colour is jet black
Next time I will add some lactose & vanilla

If you make this use the Cooper's dark malt extract no the dark ale can as it was too bitter
