so we need to get the base malt or malts figured out.
since we had 17 voters i am hoping to have at least 17 picks  8)
so I need everyone to pick one or two of these base malts, then we can move on to specialty then hops. trying to do it in stages so we dont lose anyones ideas :)

My votes for base malts go to Maris Otter and then some two row.
Primary:  Chinook IPA
Secondary:
Carbonating: Belgian Witbier
Drinkin' : American Toasted Wheat Ale, Kama Citra IPA

In terms of Base malt i'd say:

1) Any British style Pale malt (Maris Otter will do)
2) Munich

Red X is very interesting and certainly gives the beer a red colour, although I don't have enough experience using it/tasting it to really fight for it's use.
Keg1 - Ace of Spades BIPA
Keg2 - Wai-iti Pale ale
Keg3 -
Keg4 -
Keg5 -
Keg6 - Vienna Red lager

Bottle conditioning - Belgian Dubbel

FV1 - Coopers Real ale
FV2 - The Plinian Legacy

Planning: NEIPA
