I've not tried it, but I've read mixing Nottingham and Windsor works very well, so il vote for that.

Been a while since I brewed with Nottingham, and would like to harvest some, so I'll go with that.

I have never seen Maris Otter extract at my LHBS.
if they dont make it or its hard to find would we just use pale malt extract?

I could be wrong, but I was under the impression Wyeast 1084 and Wlp 04 were the same strain (Ie both from Guinness) so you could probably combine their votes.

Also on the Maris Otter Extract Question, I know Muntons do an Mo extract, which I've seen available from a number of UK outlets. Maillard do an MO extract which I've seen available from Northern Brewer.. I'd have to do more research for other regions

this Red X malt i am having an issue with building the recipe on brewtarget.
since i havent used it before and I cant find an online builder that has it.
I went to there site and put the information in but the yield I couldnt find.
