Hello from New Zealand
« on: May 07, 2018, 11:28:07 PM »
Hi brewers
I've been brewing off and on in NZ for about 20 years but have never gone past kit brews using plastic fermenter and carbonation in the bottle with couple of sugar drops.  Results have always been drinkable but nothing spectacular.
Really excited to be upping my game in a couple of weeks to a UBrew4U pressure brewing system and kegorator so I'm hoping to produce some much better beers and really enjoy brewing a lot more.  Hopefully turn my home brew efforts into a craft beer I'm more confident about sharing with my family and friends!!
Look forward to seeing great ideas and getting some guidance with some areas as I move into a new part of the hobby
Talk soon

Welcome aboard.

I saw your post to Craig in his section.
I would bottle this beer the way it is, unless you can add some fruit to it?
your next kit you do try cutting the dextrose back and add DME(Dry Malt Extract).
Craigs 5 and 7 method  :)  I have also swapped it to 700g DME and 500g Dextrose.
you can also add some Maltodextrine to give you some mouth feel too.
remember in Craigs section only Craig and admins/moderators can answer you.
