Hey guys im building a diy 2 vessel infinity system im iv got two 220v 2200w heating elements one for each kettle im at the point now where im orrdering all the pumps quick connects ect ect im also going to design and build the controller board  my question is has any of you guys used or had experience this REX C-100 temp control unit will it handle that sort of wattage

i havent used that one, but i have used other brands.
I use a tc-1000 for controlling my sour beer experiments.
the controller doesnt carry any load, the SSR does
that SSR will need some sort of heat sink though.
it should be pulling 10amps (2200w / 220v=10a)
the controller should work fine, just keep an eye on the SSR for heat build up. sometimes cheap ones burn out. hope that helps

Yeah thanks bro im just checking them out now theirs so many lol the one you mentioned looks like a better build quallity than the ones i was looking at might go that option the only reason i liked the other one was because it showed set temp and actual temp but ill be welding temp gauges in the kettles anyway so i guess its not that important really ill keep posting pics up as the build progress  cheers mate 👍🏻

Hey guys sorry been flatout like a lizard drinkin over new years and chrismas but the build is coming along nicely just the sight gauge on the boil tank and all the wiring to go

Cheers guys looking like ill be finished around mid feb gonna get everything tig welded in place over the weldless option i never have any luck with the weldless gig always get drips n leaks lol today i started on the controller best thing about livin in thailand everything is so cheap i picked everything up to make my controller for 70 bucks aussie

Shes all done fellas im back in the game been bit of a long haul but when you weld wire n bung everything together yaself things always have a way of playin games haha cheers for the support along the way

Yeah mate i was going to go 3 vessle but i ended up fabricating false bottom 2 inches above the element in the tun so ill just recirculate the mash as its mashing keeping the temp even then tranfer it over to the other kettle. Ill use the other pump for whirlpooling plate chiller n transfuer to the frementers
