A 17 BrewCrew Collaboration beer

Boil size: 23L
Final volume:  19L
Days in primary: 14
Days in secondary: 0
Fermentation temperature: 21-22C

OG: 1.042
FG:  1.008
ABV: 4.4%
IBU:  57.3
SRM: 8.0


BEFORE THE BREW DAY
Starter required? - Not needed


MASH
Strike water temp: 73C
Mash in temp: 65C
Mash step: 60min mash @65C

GRAIN BILL
3.000kg - Maris Otter LME
0.450kg - Crystal 60L   (Steeped) 


HOPS
30g - Cascade - 7.1%AA - @ 60
15g - Citra -       12%AA - @ 20
10g - Cascade - 7.1%AA - @ 5
20g - Citra -       12%AA - @ 1
15g - Citra -       12%AA - @ Dry hop
10g - Cascade - 7.1%AA - @ Dry hop

YEAST
11.5g  US-05, dry, rehydrate

NOTES
steep the crushed grains in a pot with 5-7 liters of water heated to 71C-72C for 30 minutes.
remove and top up with your water amount for the boil and follow the hop schedule as listed.
