« on: December 26, 2018, 06:04:21 PM »
Finally brewed the first batch on the big system - been a hectic two months. We just packaged it last Friday for the xmas rush. Hope everyone had a great holidays. Ill be starting 2019 on the ground running.

*** This is a Dissolved Oxygen Meter about 25000 CAD $ for this unit but ensures the brite tank and cans are low Oxygen.

CONGRATS MAC ! ! !

I was hoping that you would post an update, especially after the one that showed all of your kettles, fermenters, and other SS equipment getting loaded into your new brewery space.

Merry Christmas, and I hope your first taps quickly make a name for your brewery.

Hopefully once the beer bus tours put you down as one of theirs stops that you'll have to limit some of your taps to "Sorry, No Growler" sales !
Cheers & 17,

Sounds good Jay - the pale ale will probably be in LCBO by summer. It’s a process working with them  :o
